1. Eligibility

- Open to UK residents only

- Entrants must be 18 or over

- One entry per person

2. How to Enter

To enter, you must:

- Follow @milliethomasphotography

- Like the giveaway post

- Comment on the giveaway post telling me what you’d love to capture in your photoshoot

- Share the post to your Instagram Story. If your account is private, you must send me a screenshot of your Story via Direct Message

3. Opening & Closing Dates

- The giveaway opens on 1 January 2026

- The giveaway closes on 8 January 2026 at 23:59hrs

- Entries submitted after this time will not be counted

4. Prizes

- 1st prize: a free Photoshoot with Millie Thomas Photography - Storytelling package 

- 1x runner-up prize: 10% off a photoshoot with Millie Thomas Photography, provided as a discount code

- Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available

- All prizes must be used by 31 March 2026

- Sessions must take place within the UK

- Travel outside of a 30‑mile radius of Cardiff (Junction 30) may incur an additional fee at the photographer’s discretion

5. Winner Selection & Notification

- The winners will be chosen based on alignment with the photographer’s style and offering, and the story the entrant is hoping to capture

- Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by me, no other account will be used to contact winners

- If a winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected

6. Data Protection

- Entrant information will only be used to contact the winners

- If the prize is accepted, personal data will be handled in accordance with the photographer’s GDPR‑compliant business practices

- No data will be shared with third parties

7. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility.

8. Additional Notes

- The photographer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway if necessary
